The novel 50 Ways to Improve Women’s Lives, has been compiled by nationally recognized women. Contributors include Hillary Clinton, Congresswomen Maloney, Eleanor Smeal, Betty Friedan, Madeline Albright, Slaughter and Pelosi, Gloria Steinem and various others. It is the second book in the series for MoveOn’s 50 Ways to Love Your Country.

The New York Times bestseller is aimed at becoming an instrument for change in the inequality for women by reinvigorating the movement. The book includes the collective knowledge from the National Council of Women’s Organizations’, which includes 200 member organizations. These stem from the League of Women Voters, National Council of Negro Women, Planned Parenthood, Code Pink, NOW, the AAUW and the YWCA. The in depth account includes 50 inspirational essays to provide the reader with knowledge, advice and overall inspiration.

50 Ways to Improve Women’s Lives covers a broad range of topics that affect all women on both a political and personal level. The themes explored include racism, childcare, pay equity, women in leadership and reproductive health.
